We offer a 100 Night Comfort Trial, if you don’t love your new bed we’ll gladly exchange it.
Buying a new bed is not something you do every day and given the long-term investment, we would like to make this process as easy as possible for you.
We do need you to give the new mattress sufficient time, most need a couple of weeks to make the transition between the old and the new mattress.
Taking your time to make the decision will ensure you make the right decision.
Mattresses must be used for a consecutive and continuous period of at least 30 nights but no more than 100 nights (“Evaluation period”) before an exchange will be considered
An approved, waterproof mattress protector must accompany your mattress purchase from MATTRESS COMPANY and be used throughout the Evaluation period.
Soiled or damaged mattresses will not be considered for exchange.
Your original, signed tax invoice must be presented should you wish to take advantage of the Comfort Trial offer.
Exchanges apply to mattresses of the same size which are equal to or higher in value relative to your initial purchase.
If you exchange your mattress for a higher priced model, the difference is due and payable upon exchange.
If you exchange your mattress for a lower priced model, the difference is non-refundable.
A processing fee of R1,850-00 is payable immediately should MATTRESS COMPANY agree to the exchange.
A collection/delivery fee will be charged for the upliftment of the original mattress and delivery of the exchange mattress.
Bases are specifically excluded from the Comfort Trial offer.
The Comfort Trial is only valid for one mattress exchange per customer.
